Micronized Kava makes preparing kava easier than ever!  Simply mix the kava powder with water and it’s ready to drink.  The difference between regular kava root and micronized is that with micronized, it’s been ground down to a very small size and all coarse fibers have been removed, allowing one to bypass the steeping and straining process.
