This green blend is more on the sedating side as far as greens go. It is definitely more relaxing compared to other greens, it will not be as relaxing as a red however. This variety comes with a solid amount of mood enhancement and a slight amount of pain relief as well. Experiences will vary from person to person but make sure to start small (around .5 grams) and work your way up to an amount where you feel comfortable.
